Unfortunately, our cleaners are not trained to move anything over 20 pounds at this time. If you require cleaning under a piece of furniture that is heavier, we kindly ask you to have it moved before our cleaners arrive, and they will gladly clean it for you.

Cancellations should be made no later than 4pm on the day before the requested service. If this deadline is not met, we will have to incur a cancellation fee of $45.

In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with our service, we ask that you call us within 24 hours. We will then send another cleaning crew to redo the cleaning to full satisfaction within 7 days.
